How do I report a broken internal door?

It’s easy to report a broken internal door. You can do it online or by contacting our customer service centre.

Please note that we will repair:

• frames and architraves
• mouldings (H&S only)
• door closer arms
• fire doors, frames, hinges, glass and seals
• built in bathroom door locking mechanisms
• hinges (tightening and re-attaching)
• handles (tightening when loose and replacing)
• door or fanlight glass (replacing when cracked or smashed)

We are not responsible for:

• door adjustments as a result of the tenant laying a carpet
• bedroom door locks
• bathroom bolt locks
