How do I report a blocked or overflowing outside drain?

It's easy to report a blocked or overflowing outside drain if you live in a flat. You can do it online or by contacting our customer service centre.

If you live in a house that has a blocked drain, other than a gulley, please get in touch with your water supplier in the first instance. The water authority will advise if it is not their responsibility to fix.

If it is not the water authorities responsibility, then it is your responsibility to contact a drainage company to resolve the issue.
