Rent balance by text message

We’re making changes to how you access your rent balance.

Starting 5 April 2025, you will no longer send a text message to check your rent balance. Instead, you will access this information from your online account.

While we make these upgrades, from 4 April to 11 April, your rent account balance may temporarily appear out of date. If you require your most up-to-date rent account information during this time, please get in touch with our customer service centre.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.

All other residents

We’re making changes to how you access your rent balance.

While we make these upgrades, from 4 April to 7 April 2025, our rent balance SMS service will be unavailable. If you require your most up-to-date rent account information during this time, please get in touch with our customer service centre.

Starting 8 April, you will no longer text ‘BAL’ to +44 7908 669 208. Instead, you will request your rent balance by texting RNT BAL with your tenancy reference number to +44 7380 321 420.
